Now, one good thing is, your body will tell you when it's a good idea to get moving on that. But since you didn't have one like this before, it might be tricky to figure out the signs...especially since you're stressed out!
So my recommendation, is to set a time schedule~! That way, even if you do start falling off of it, you'll at least get into some kind of habit of doing the things you need.
