He's still in his work clothes, although his tie has been loosened and his top-buttons unbuttoned. He's sitting at what most of the more experienced Rockets will recognize as Jack's kitchen table
There's cooking sounds in the background, although the camera and Steven are positioned so that you can't actually see who's cooking.
There's also a trio of eggs by him.
As Steven starts talking, he'll also be signing his words concurrently, because he's not leaving you out, Tyler.]

Hey. So. I wasn't going to talk about this where he could overhear it, but this upcoming Thursday, July 23rd, is going to be Handsome Jack's 55th birthday. Obviously, I've already got some things planned for the two of us for that day, but if any of you want to wish him "Happy Birthday" over the pokegear, I'm sure he'd appreciate it. (If it matters, he prefers chocolate cake.)
