He's wearing the Rocket uniform, or at least the shirt of it beneath his own jacket hanging off of the curve of his shoulders.]

Alright... I've been here a couple a days, and I'm tryin' to remain calm cause stress is bad for yer skin, ya'know? But... is this really the world of Pokémon? [He rubs his hand at the stubble on his chin.
