He didn't quite have the same experience with manipulation and subtle abuse like Walter did-- or rather, he didn't have enough experience to recognize it in the same way Walter did. Wrath's entire, short existence had been black and white. He was a monster, and he got treated like one. There was no reason for his Master to, at any point, play nice to lull her servants into a false sense of security.
He knew nothing else... and had barely even begun to question any of it.
