There's nothing that great about it that needs to be earned. Humans are...we're limited things. We gotta deal with all the friggin limits of being pretty delicate and short lived squishy organisms. I mean we got...what, maybe a couple of centuries if we're really lucky? And that's if nothing shoots us, stabs us, poisons us, eats us, steps on us...the list keeps going. And the rest of it...trust me, the body's the really human part and it's the shittiest part.
