[Waking up in an unfamiliar room causes a bit of mood whiplash for Spinel. She doesn't recognize anything here, even the note she finds doesn't make any sense to her. A much bitter, fearful part of her wonders if Steven and his friends just decided to dump her here just to get rid of her. She can't ruin a happy ending if she's not around, right?
She toys around with the two Pokeballs, and her two partners emerge - a Zorua and a Vulpix. They look up at her expectantly, but she's not sure what they want.
Her PokeGear is a little further away, and she tries to extend an arm to grab it but... she can't. She can't stretch out any of her limbs. That's when panic starts setting in. She knew it! They did something to her so she can't cause anymore trouble! And her skin is a different color too. What's happened to her? Why can't she use her powers?!]
Haaa ha ha... normally I love a good practical joke, but I don't think I get this one.
[The feed shows a human girl with pink hair and pigtails sitting on a bed, looking around a blank room with uncertainty.]

Honestly I have no idea what you guys looked like before coming here, so my best offer is that she would have had the gem around her navel, and she's got a lot of hair.
[Extremely vague...] But he was! Time is...a little weird here? It's alright, okay? Think of it as ah...an extended vacation? Honestly I didn't have a lot going on anymore back home so...
[Ahem.] She is!
...And that's never a sure reason to not try, right? I mean...honestly speaking, a lot of people wouldn't be friends if they didn't at least talk out the problems they had every now and then...
[She does not quite realize the gravity of what Spinel...Did.] ...At the very least, if you're worried about it...I think that might make it more worth trying to reach out though, okay?
Not a lot of us have people we know...or really would have known, from home here. It's something to connect over- help to get a good start in the world.

[It's a tattoo now. But she definitely remembers it being more of a gem.]

Listen. I'm going to make this clear- but a lot of us, we're in the same situation you're in. A lot of us can't really target the one who brought us here, and there wouldn't really be a lot we could do if it were possible. More than that though...
It means you're not alone, you know? And if you weren't human before...well, that's a pretty huge change right?
So, I'm here if you need to talk. ...and I kinda get the feeling you do....

Now, one good thing is, your body will tell you when it's a good idea to get moving on that. But since you didn't have one like this before, it might be tricky to figure out the signs...especially since you're stressed out!
So my recommendation, is to set a time schedule~! That way, even if you do start falling off of it, you'll at least get into some kind of habit of doing the things you need.
