Of course there are likely those who saw him in that most abhorrent uniform, if others were in training or aiding in the training that is. All of which he's been entirely quick in mastering, almost as if he's already...mastered such trivial skills. He has, and plus some.

Like...You can't really call that 'mortal' nature. Nature of a world with crummy immortals on it, sure, but it's not like the people and animals asked for things like that to poke their noses in.

[See, what he's doing here is still blaming the mortals of some involvement in it. Sure, the fiend-gods have their problems too, but as he understands it, gods are mere tools created to serve a purpose for the masses. They are mere constructs that serve their purpose, regardless of how violent, and while they become the master, ultimately their creators (usually mortal) are to blame.]
Or am I to believe your lot sits around, doing naught, whilst these fiends fight with one another?

Look, it's sort of like if something just showed up and started using all of the people around like the pieces on a chessboard. Whether it's tricking them, or possessing them outright, that's still...not their fault, that's the fault of the things that decided 'Hey! Let's have a big fight using these things as our tools!'
Everyone else is kind of stuck trying not to get killed in the process, since...well, those big 'fiend' gods are still pretty strong!

Even this world is proving to be little different in that regard, for as nonsensical as it seems. However, such nonsense is to be expected in a broken reality, and this is proving to be quite.
Mayhap what you take for gods are not gods at all, for to me, they sound rather pedestrian.

And I mean at the end of the day if you're a few thousand years old you've probably seen more than me, so. Can't exactly argue that you'd know more about reality in your zone of things than I ever will about mine...
[Ahahahaaa...] I like to think of it less as broken and more 'unique' myself; at the very least, it's better than where I came from, in a number of ways...
[Ah, well.] That's obviously not going to be something everyone agrees with on, though. But at the end of the day, calling one world as far removed from another 'broken' because of all the stuff going on feels kinda like saying an orange is broken because it's not an apple. And sure, both fruits can definitely be bruised, but the important bit is they're different fruits!

I do not believe this is a matter of apples and oranges, seeing as both serve a purpose, and do so well. One might argue that this reality serves its own purpose, but considering the glaring problems within it, I do not believe it does so well.
Whatever you choose to name it changes little, unique or broken. If all realities were fruits, this one is most likely rotten, what parts survived such decay does not save the parts ruined by the rot.
As such, I would sooner pick a fresh apple than this one, and I am confident you feel the same.

On a 'work' related note, it's pretty easy to get by without actually doing anything illegal by the way. Everyone has to turn in a pokemon every two weeks after training is over, but they don't ask where or how you got them- catching something in the wild the same way everyone else does, and turning those in is just as good...and honestly, way less trouble.
Means you get to travel more too~!

Mnnh...fair enough. Unfortunately most travel here is...kind of by foot until you synch your ID with a teleport... [She pauses, crossing her arms.] Ultimately the only way to get anywhere faster- at least right out of the gates- is to have a pokemon that you can ride. And I mean ride, not fly! Unless you take down either Falkner or Erika's gyms.
Falkner's the better choice, he's closer. Either way uh...that's about your best shot until you can teleport...

Uh, their final stage, 'Stoutland'? It's pretty much a massive dog. Still that's not really ideal...

Oh, but...when I think about it, I think Connie got her bike to run at 'pokemon' speed using a rotom!

They love technology- but they're also tricky by nature, so you have to be careful to set your boundaries with them! When you can come to an agreement though, they can bring out the best in anything they inhabit! [Carly cheers as she happily sends a picture of a standard rotom along, the little ghost's wide impish grin firmly in place.]
I'd have to ask how Connie got it put together, but Goldenrod sells bikes for pretty cheap- so if you get what you need to put the technology on it, you'd have your ride! ...Provided you have a cooperative rotom at least.
