In this context, a musical. The premise isn't far from what you're describing if I'm honest. The protagonist murders someone, gets tossed in jail, and from there juggles the ugly balance of entertaining the masses until her trial comes out in her favor. I wonder if this place has a knock off version...

Anyway, it's a bit of a mess. I ah, don't know what a Shadowdropper is, but sometimes the dead just get a second chance and show up here I guess...

And uh. If you already...got second, third, like in my case...

Doesn't matter! Boy castes are a lot more rigid than I was guessing...not to say that class and money aren't a hurdle in making it (they definitely are), but at least if someone plays their cards right they can break the mold expectation careerwise...

Hoooh now I'm curious where investigative reporting would fit...actually I'm curious on if it even exists come to think...
