[It's been a while since Carly actually put anything up in the Rocket comms herself- for the most part beyond reports directly to the Admins, she's not really had much of a reason.

But, with the sudden excitement and influx of likely activity to the Islands, Carly is cracking her knuckles and getting to work.

This, frankly, is the perfect time to start testing for a faster version of 'phase one'.

Hello everyone~! I've been pretty quiet lately I know, but I can safely say that I'm settled here in Sevii Islands finally~

For anyone uh, new here, I was approved for an assignment on permanent basis down here. It...does mean I'm back to organizing and maintaining the 'Team Standard' of course... [she grimaces a bit there. Look, she wasn't a criminal at heart to begin with.] But! I'm making it work.

Anyway, aside from figuring out how to set up and maintain some kind of larger-scale base of operations might do that through gym employment if I'm honest, take a leaf out of the Boss' book I guess but that might be risky...Ahem, if you've been paying attention to the news, you'll know that a lot of attention just got pointed at the entire island chain.

This is pretty good news actually! Two Island in particular is kind of a commercial hub here; there's not a lot other than stores, which is why Jolyne and I picked it for our Gym, and why I figured it would work best as a potential base for Team Rocket. It worked for Mahogany, it'll work here.

And on that note..!

I know some of you have stickier fingers than most, so here's the deal! I'll be keeping an eye out as people come through, for potential targets. Obviously the rarity of the pokemon is important, but honestly, I'm going to be aiming more for the karma of it. So you can smile proudly with the knowledge that any information I give you is probably on someone who shouldn't be a trainer in the first place~! [It's Criminal Rehoming! Yayyyyyy]

Oh and uh. [Carly adjusts her glasses.] If you stop on by and want some ice cream, ask for the 'Fireworks Special' in whatever flavor you're after, it'll be on the house.

Just don't say that too loud when you do, I don't want my little booth going out of business here!!

... Actually, he shouldn't even go there. Doppio's house is very much made of glass, if not in relation to Pokémon training, then when it comes to "Not being X because you're a bad fighter."]

Those all had to be run by the Admin heads. And...a lot of them were kind of noisy. I mean we definitely had plenty of great runs but...

Mmmhmm. I mean there's definitely merit to the occasional reminder but it's more like...a publicity stunt I guess? And I mean obviously you have lower level grunts doing street level work, but still.

Hah, honestly this is probably why no one here is 'Alpha' rank yet! [Well. Yet. Who knows, maybe if this picks up enough.... ...and well, she'd at least have more to say for herself than Jack in the sense of 'continued activity'.]

Don't worry too much about it though ok? Just keep your head on straight, and you'll be fine.

[She gave a wink while saying that. That message might not have just been for Doppio, somehow.]

Hmmmmm, hmmmm... [She's just humming for a moment...] Nothing much- but if you're looking to avoid the badside of the admins, I'm just saying you probably haven't really hit it yet. You'd have to be higher rank to really risk that.

...Well that or the one spearheading some really risky heists, but yeah.

Hahaha! I don't think you'd have to really worry about that unless you reached Beta, so you definitely don't have to worry about that one...and honestly depending on the job you still don't. I sure wasn't commanding anyone from Whirlpool.
