insidescoop[It's been a while since Carly actually put anything up in the Rocket comms herself- for the most part beyond reports directly to the Admins, she's not really had much of a reason.
But, with the sudden excitement and influx of likely activity to the Islands, Carly is cracking her knuckles and getting to work.
This, frankly, is the perfect time to start testing for a faster version of 'phase one'.

Hello everyone~! I've been pretty quiet lately I know, but I can safely say that I'm settled here in Sevii Islands finally~
For anyone uh, new here, I was approved for an assignment on permanent basis down here. It...does mean I'm back to organizing and maintaining the 'Team Standard' of course... [she grimaces a bit there. Look, she wasn't a criminal at heart to begin with.] But! I'm making it work.
Anyway, aside from figuring out how to set up and maintain some kind of larger-scale base of operations might do that through gym employment if I'm honest, take a leaf out of the Boss' book I guess but that might be risky...Ahem, if you've been paying attention to the news, you'll know that a lot of attention just got pointed at the entire island chain.
This is pretty good news actually! Two Island in particular is kind of a commercial hub here; there's not a lot other than stores, which is why Jolyne and I picked it for our Gym, and why I figured it would work best as a potential base for Team Rocket. It worked for Mahogany, it'll work here.
And on that note..!
I know some of you have stickier fingers than most, so here's the deal! I'll be keeping an eye out as people come through, for potential targets. Obviously the rarity of the pokemon is important, but honestly, I'm going to be aiming more for the karma of it. So you can smile proudly with the knowledge that any information I give you is probably on someone who shouldn't be a trainer in the first place~! [It's Criminal Rehoming! Yayyyyyy]
Oh and uh. [Carly adjusts her glasses.] If you stop on by and want some ice cream, ask for the 'Fireworks Special' in whatever flavor you're after, it'll be on the house.
Just don't say that too loud when you do, I don't want my little booth going out of business here!!
