[HELLO TEAM ROCKET, there's a video post on the private channel today! Manaka smiles into the camera, announcing without preamble:]

I have eggs that need new homes, too! But instead of giving them away to whoever asks, I thought it would be a good idea to see if any of you wanted them first. We're all on the same team, after all. We should help each other out!

Ah, and as long as you can see this, they're free. There wouldn't be much point to doing this if I charged for them, would there? [She giggles, then, adding:] Just let me know what you want, and I'll set it aside for you. I have a few different types... Mm, there's [counting off on her fingers] Litwick, Misdreavus, Woobat, Munna... Oh, and a few Ponyta, too!

[ Following the success of his attempts to sell the eggs, Walter wasn't intending to pick up another. But, she mentioned Litwicks. Walter had been fond of Charlotte and her species.

But then she also mentioned Ponytas. He looked past to gear to his previously promised Ponyta; Jennifer the Flareon. ]

I would be interested in a Litwick...if you're sure that's what they are.

[Manaka assumes that's meant as a good-natured jab, but still, she puffs up, playing along with it.]

I double-checked this time! And anyway, I don't think Charlotte or Whoopie can even breed with anyone else.

I always thought Charlotte was interesting. It would be nice to have one - a Litwick, to raise. But ss long as it's not a Woobat or a Ponyta egg...

Thank you. [ A Woobat would be immediately returned and a Ponyta...well, speak of the devil. Jennifer trilled by Walter's leg, looking as sweet as could be. Although Walter was very aware that she was not a perfect saint, he was calmer now. The months since her birth meant he no longer tensed and scrunched up when she approached his side. He turned the Gear to show Manaka. ]

I think she knew what we were talking about. Did you ever get used to Chiffon simply appearing beside you? [ ...he's surrounded by ghosts but a Flareon popping up beside him? Still made him jump or pause slightly in whatever he was doing. ]

[When the camera turns toward Jennifer, Manaka's usual smile brightens. Oh, just look at how cute she is! Walter's question catches her off-guard, though, and she blinks, her expression fading into something thoughtful instead.]

Eh? What do you mean? [She lifts a finger and taps her chin, considering his words.] I guess she can show up a little suddenly, now that you mention it... Ah, but I never really noticed it myself!

[She's finally been allowed back out of the base, thank goodness, and to eat - though Anthy has never had a voracious appetite, she's grateful to have her limited freedom back, and she's had to resort to battling to make up for her cut in pay, which...she doesn't like. But it has to be done.

It's after one such battle that she flips open her 'gear and sees this post - and hears about a certain fiery horse.]

...Manaka? Do you really have Ponyta eggs?

[Ash had wanted to see one, right? Because it evolves into a unicorn.]

Mm-hm, of course! A little while ago, Jack and I bred a bunch of them. [Then, almost conspiratorially, she lowers her voice and adds:] He wants to build a chariot, but he doesn't need all of them.

[Oh. Well. Far be it from her to judge a man's chariot desires. Those were really popular back in the day.]

Would...would it be...could I have one, please? If you don't mind. I have a friend...who's been wanting to see what they evolve into, because they are supposed to look like unicorns. And he's always so nice to me. I'd like to return the favor.

[AHAHAH...........this is going to end up so awkward]

Of course! [She laughs, like she finds Anthy's hesitation endearing.] I wouldn't have made the offer like this, if I were going to turn someone away. Hm, but...

[Manaka trails off. Her smile doesn't fade, but she does tilt her head and lift her eyebrows.]

Do you plan to give it to him? —Ah, I don't mind if you do, of course. Once the egg is yours, it's up to you to decide what to do with it. But if you want one for yourself, too, I don't care if you take more than one.

I do intend to. But that's alright - I don't want to deny anyone else of an egg.

[She can wait for her own fire horse unicorn.]

I already said that it wouldn't be a problem — but suit yourself. [Manaka shrugs a shoulder, unconcerned.] Unless you'd like to pick it up in person, I'll transfer it over to your PC box soon!
