Well, it seems the lot of you got up to quite the party just before my arriVal.
Terrible timing, but I can't complain if this is hoW you conduct yourselVes on the regular.
As is obVious, I'm neW here. The name's Lanque Bombyx.
For those more experienced With this World and this organization, I'd appreciate WhateVer adVice you might haVe for someone in my position.
It isn't one I'm particularly used to, after all, but I'm adaptable and knoWn for being flexible—in many Ways.

Usually it's a little less often on that sort of scale, but you did just barely miss out on that bit of... fun, I suppose.

Perhaps the best advice is that I wouldn't take most of this seriously, the level of "crime" that the natives of this place get up to is childish at best. Mostly things like pickpocketing, stealing the native creatures here, that sort of thing. Nothing terribly dangerous or interesting, unless you do it yourself or work with someone else not native to this place. Oh, and you can't really harm anyone here, it's rather odd.

I figured this place Was a little Weird for a Variety of reasons, but if the parties aren't quite so frequent, then that's fine.

I'd prefer to keep the local law enforcements far off of my tail, personally. Little things here and there are less likely to be noticed than grand and bombastic heists, after all. And if you keep going for the grand ordeal, then it becomes old and the new normal fairly quickly.

Mm. I suppose you could say that I've been around the block a time or two. Until fairly recently in my home I more or less ran a particularly dangerous street gang of sorts. Not that it much matters anymore given those here seem more inclined to think I'm a "grunt" still. Distressing, truly.

Typically it's what holds society together as, unfortunately, some people cannot be trusted to act on their own desires and not take things too far. There are very few who can act outside of the law and not make absolute chaos out of everything. A fine balance, if you will.

Listen, I'm no reVolutionary, but don't pretend that isn't What's already happening under the guise of structure and order.
I don't knoW about the World you came from, of course, and maybe it's less full of hoofbeastshit than my planet, but I'm finding it hard to belieVe it's THAT different.
Either Way, I'll be glad to get to see more of you for myself.

My game? Oh, nothing quite like that. I do admit I am quite curious to see what you're capable of and I do rather like to see where these sorts of things might go. Sometimes it's just more fun to quietly stoke the fire and see how far it might burn.

A carefully tended fire can burn for quite some time, and rather beautifully, so I can't fault you for that.
Though, Who knoWs What I might do With this, I don't often Waste my Valuable time on What's practically the equiValent of Watching a laWnring groW as a person.

And that's fair enough, I can't say I'd fault you for not wanting to waste your time on someone who's clearly never dealt with crime on any sort of level and yet is in somewhat charge for whatever reason. I assume it has something to do with brown-nosing and playing it safe, but that's merely hearsay.

Though, admittedly, it would be quite entertaining to see someone go for his throat. No one has attempted to do so, to my knowledge, and it's just so satisfying to see someone be knocked from their pedestal.
